We accept return requests within 7 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging. Please initiate your return by contacting our customer care team at r.ravinoindustries@gmail.com with your order ID, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
After evaluating your request, we will share the return address and further instructions. Kindly note that the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer, unless the item delivered was defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect. Once we receive the returned item, our quality control team will inspect the product and notify you of the status of your return approval.
Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
Please note, we are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:
Products that have been opened or used.
Returns made without prior communication or approval.
Items purchased on discount or during a promotional offer.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos clearly showing the issue with the product and packaging. After verification, we will either replace the product or process a full refund, depending on your preference.

We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes to your order. You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After this window, the order enters processing and dispatch stages, and we will no longer be able to cancel or alter it.
